These terms govern the use of the Future Forces Forum website and participation in the events for which you register or request accreditation through it. The website operator and event organiser is the entity identified in the header of this page (the “organiser”).
1. Use of the website
The website informs about the Future Forces Forum programme and collects registrations, accreditations and enquiries. Content is provided as is; the organiser keeps it current but does not warrant that it is complete and error-free at every moment.
You may not use the site in a way that disrupts its operation, circumvents the form protection, or enables bulk automated submission of data.
2. Visitor registration
Registration is non-binding and free of charge unless stated otherwise for a specific event. Submitting the registration form does not create a right of entry; that arises only once the organiser confirms the registration and sends the entry code to the contact e-mail provided.
The details you provide must be true and complete. The organiser reserves the right not to confirm or to cancel a registration, in particular where the details are plainly untrue or where the security requirements of the event so demand.
The entry code is non-transferable and tied to a named individual.
3. Media accreditation
Accreditation is issued by the organiser's secretariat on the basis of a request submitted through the accreditation form. There is no entitlement to be accredited.
The applicant declares that they represent the medium named and are authorised to act for it. An accredited person follows the instructions of the organiser and the venue operator, in particular as to the areas in which visual and audio recordings may be made.
The organiser may withdraw accreditation for breach of these terms or of the organiser's instructions at the venue.
4. Exhibitor and partner enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form is a non-binding expression of interest, not an order and not an offer to contract. A contractual relationship arises only on signature of a separate agreement or confirmation of an order setting out scope, price, payment and cancellation terms.
The person submitting the enquiry declares that they are authorised to act for the company named.
5. Programme changes and cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the speakers, and the date and place of the event. Registered participants are informed of material changes at the contact e-mail given in their registration.
If the event is cancelled for reasons on the organiser's side, any amounts already paid are refunded in full. The organiser is not liable for a participant's related costs, in particular travel and accommodation.
6. Conduct at the venue
Participants follow the venue's operating and visitor rules and the instructions of the organiser and the security service. The organiser may remove from the event, without compensation, anyone who repeatedly breaches those instructions or endangers the safety of others.
Visual and audio recordings may be made on the event premises for the organiser's documentary and promotional purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, photographs, graphics, trade marks and the Future Forces Forum designation, is protected by the intellectual property rights of the organiser or its partners. Without prior written consent it may not be used beyond ordinary viewing — in particular it may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted for commercial purposes.
This does not affect news use by accredited media to the extent customary in news reporting.
8. Liability
The organiser is liable for damage to the extent set by law. It is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or damage arising from unavailability of the website for reasons beyond its control.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. The organiser is not responsible for their content.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy; the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. Both are reachable from the site footer.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the Czech courts.
A participant who is a consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
11. Effect and amendments
These terms take effect on the date shown in the header of this page. The organiser may amend them; registrations already confirmed and contracts already concluded are governed by the version in effect when they arose.
